“Tub was a little rusted... but still was a good bathroom”

“They didn't change the bed sheets and pillowcases. I had to use the same ones every night. They didn't cleaned every day too. I saw a bunch of cobwebs and bugs flying everywhere. When asked for the room and restrooms to be cleaned. They responded they don't clean and sanitized nothing. I felt very uncomfortable about them not clean the place, it is very unhygienic.”

“The property was so old. They charged my Mastercard for a 50 dollar deposit as well Cockroach in bathtub. Outside of fridge so dirty with rust.No extra roll of toilet paper for bathroom Bathroom door is separating-a terrible stay for the money. I don’t recommend this place at all”

“Everything is good, but the door of the room is hard to close”

“When we checked in, we expected clean sheets clean blankets and pillow cases however that did not happen. Our blankets and sheets and pillow cases was dirty with dried blood and then the staff only told us that we have to bring down the stuff for us to switch it off when it should have been done in the first place.”

“There were rips in the couch, stains in the bathtub and bathroom. The room was super smelly and it just wasn’t great. We couldn’t stay. The staff member at the desk was super helpful and understanding. Ultimately was able to get a full refund for my room. The room definitely needs updating and better cleaning.”

“Clean and affordable- great location in proximity to restaurants, beach, downtown and other visitor friendly shops. I felt safe and the room offered ample space. The AC was super cold! Side table light did not work but its minor, if I were staying longer I would have asked to have it checked. For an impromptu weekend getaway it was perfect.”

“Overall our stay at Staybridge Suites was a positive experience. Staff were great and very accommodating. The room size and layout was excellent! Breakfast was good but repetitive. The air conditioning in the room did not work well. The hallways were a good 10-15 degrees cooler and we had the temperature set to 64. The public amenities could have been better, cups in the pool and no propane for the fireplace. Our fully stocked kitchen had 2 spoons, one fork and a very small sauce pan. When we……
