“It was cool, clean”

“Booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival, rooms were found to be in very rough shape. Dingy and very run down. Worn out walls, floors and surfaces. Bathroom was disgusting. We were afraid that the bedbugs & roaches would disturb our sleep, so we immediately requested a refund and went to a nicer and cheaper Holiday Inn. This is fine for perhaps a single guy, but not suitable for women or children. Attn HUSBANDS; Do NOT book here!! Your wife will be pissed!”

“The bathroom was dirty, shower was gross to the point of being unusable, and the floors were dirty. Whoever parked outside our window kept activating their headlights right into our room, and the blinds did little to nothing to block out the headlights. The sheets and pillowcases were washed in cleaning products that made it hard for us to breathe and gave my wife an asthma attack last night. My child also had breathing trouble in the room. We had to leave the motel and go across the street last……
