I work for Expedia and this property and staff are absolutely amazing. Rooms are well kept, bathroom is well above average, and staff including bartenders were fantastic. I traveled with 4 friends and they ALL made positive comment's.

Only reason we stayed here was because there was a restaurant, and the kitchen was closed. I didn’t care for this specific area next either. The hotel room was odd and not what I expected. I have stayed at nicer places in nicer areas for cheaper. I won’t come back.

We love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Pensacola. It is clean, safe, and the staff is great and we especially love the restaurant/bar on site. Our only complaint this stay was that it was closed when we were there.

This was our first time staying at this location and we had a wonderful experience! The staff were all friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean, and I loved the restaurant and bar on site! The layout of the room was great because the bed faced the window and the door was behind the headboard so no light from the hallway came in. It was cold and dark to sleep. Parking was convenient and the pool was nice. The hotel provided towels and complimentary bottled water! We visit Pensacola often and will definitely stay here every time!
