Staff were very friendly and understanding. Though, the rooms were awful. Very dirty. Broken furniture. Various bugs everywhere. Did not make it even an hour before we packed up and left.

The room was not what it looked like in the picture, although it had a jetted tub, the jet were filthy, the beed sheets had small stains, the room had no bottle water. The heat worked really. If the room was cleaned the way it was supposed to be our stay wouldn't have been bad.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was a decent, toast, coffe, juices options. I would not have felt comfortable eating anything cooked there. Room was... Well. It wasn't clean. Walls had what looked like food or idk, I don't wanna think about it. Splatters of stuff everywhere. Carpet was very stained, bathroom floors were sticky. Shower stall was thick with soap scum. Moldy ceilings. Bedding seemed clean, still used my own. Pillows were gross, I used my own. For $100 it was a safe and quiet place to sleep, but I definitely showered in the morning and went to laundromat to wash everything right away.... You get what you pay for.

We were only staying one night to catch an early flight in Plattsburgh. It’s old and cheap to stay, but the room was clean. Beds and everything is old like it’s been there since it opened. I would say that you get what you pay for.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean, quite large (I was pleasantly surprised) and it was very quiet. The front desk staff could have been a little more enthusiastic. The price was also a big win. The exterior of the hotel could use a facelift but I would stay here again.

Just a stop over before heading up north. Good location, right off exit. Couch in the room was heavily stained, bed was fairly comfortable. Hot shower, but small and cheap towels. Had free breakfast with bagels, toast, wafflemaker, cereal, coffee and tea. Pool was super clean

The hotel was about average for the price that I paid. The breakfast was good, but could have used some eggs and waffles and sausage. The best part really was the pool. I haven't seen a pool that clean and immaculately maintained in a very long time.
