“This property is not what is used to be. It is definitely in need of a renovation. Originally booked for 3 nights stay but upon arrival just end up staying 1 night since I arrived around 11pm. The room is received was not cleaned, it had hair everywhere, wash rags where left in the tubs and sink. The property change is to another room that was worst than the 1st. I would not recommend staying at this property.”

“The room was very nice & clean. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Towels could use an upgrade though. Front desk staff was pleasant. The hot breakfast was good, mini omlets, Belgian waffles, fried potatoes & sausage. The breakfast staff was awesome! Very friendly & wanted to make sure you were satisfied & had everything you needed. The only real complaint I had was the coffee, way too strong, even the light roast. Overall, nice hotel. Great location.”

“This hotel has gone down drastically from our last stay. The carpets were visibly filthy and there wasn't any body wash available in the bathroom. We arrived about 830 pm and went out to catch a late dinner. When we got to our room the kids flopped on the bed exhausted. The next morning we noticed a large stain right under the pillows. It seemed like the sheets were never changed. It truly is a shame because it is a wonderfully located hotel.”

“I loved everything, especially the location, I could walk to everything we needed. It was clean. The young lady who was the host when we checked in on 8/21/26 was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was there was no seat cover on the toilet. Whenever we flushed it, the germs from the toilet floated everywhere”

“The double beds need to be upgraded to queen size. The staff was kind to offer a rollaway bed. Breakfast was hot and there was a great variety. Easy check in and out and close to shopping, restaurants, and interstate.”

“The property itself was clean, and so was my room. Staff was helpful and breakfast was great. The thing I loved the most was the scent of the hotel when I walked into the lobby, and again when i stepped off the elevator on my floor. I don't know what the scent is called, but it smelled awesome.”
