“Great communication from the host, location perfect, very clean!”

“We had a wonderful time. The location is good. We went to Venice Beach and Englewood beach(Blind Pass Beach). Centrally located. I hiked at both Oscar Scherer and Myakkahachee Creek Environmental Park. We even stoppped at the Venice Farmer's Market. Totally enjoyed our stay.”

“The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our family vacation! We loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Would definately rent this house again if we stay in the area again. ”

“This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). Manasota Key is a hidden gem and we’re eager to see it back on its feet from last year’s storms. Grateful for an amazing stay. ”

“Beautiful and spacious house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area and pool were amazing. We had a wonderful time. ”

“We stayed here last year as a family of five with our Rottweiler and we returned this year. Our doggie loves the yard, the kids love the pool and hubby and I loved hearing the birds while drinking coffee in the lanai. We went to Boca Grande beach and got to swim with the manatees! ”

“Kristan was amazing as our host. Her home welcomed us as it was a home of our own. Great location for daily activities. Nice, Friendly neighborhood. Will recommend to friends/family. Would love to stay again! ”

“The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath....

“Debbie was fantastic to talk with. She kept us up to date on everything and check in was so easy. The house was perfect for our family of four, we loved all of the provided beach equipment. The house was clean and recently updated. The location was perfect and only a few stops away from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!!!”

“Quiet location in a nice neighborhood. The house was well stocked with supplies and had plenty of activity options for kids. The pool was awesome, and the house floor-plan made it quiet, where you were not disrupted by noise from the other areas. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with nice showers. The host responded quickly when we had questions, we would definitely recommend the rental. ”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house and pool area were amazing. Very clean and accurate. I felt bad doing it but only gave 4/5 for the location because it is a bit of a drive to convenience stores (10-15 min). Which is fine - helps keep the area from being busy. Just something to prepare for. Our trip was somewhat last minute so needed to go back and forth a bit. With that said, the house was pretty well stocked for what you may need. Will definitely be booking again! ”
