This waterfront industrial area in Dania Beach comes recommended by many travelers, so be sure to put it on your to-do list. Don't think the sightseeing ends there, however. Room was nice. Building was a little dated. Very small elevator especially because it was the only one. Staff was very nice and the front area was great. Nice location. Price was a little high.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore! From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all expectations. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, and all the best parts of South Beach.
A special shoutout to Abdullah—he was truly amazing. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every interaction with him was genuine, and he made our stay feel extra comfortable and memorable.
The rooftop pool was peaceful, the rooms were spotless, and the beach service was a huge bonus. Overall, our experience was lovely, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Miami!

Will be nice if the hotel can think about what a new hotel guest will be going through. They will usually drive up to the hotel and look for parking. Then they will look into how to check-in and how to get to their room. It will be nice to mention in the welcome text to fill out the registration and the credit card authorization, AND also mention if we have a vehicle, what shall we do. Also will be helpful if the text will let us know the office in the building will be closed on Saturdays (and Sundays?) We were trying to figure all these out while carrying our luggages under strong winds, lucky it didn't rain. Will also be helpful to text us that we need to submit those 2 forms, then we will receive our gate and door codes. Restroom didn't smell fresh. Other than the aforementioned, the stay was good.

Carnival gave us a 1300 boarding time, but allowed us to board at 1100. At the end of the cruise we had a Carnival shuttle to take to FLL, at 0930, but were allowed to go at 1030 as the line for Customs was LONG. Carnival was well-organized.

Be careful of disembark..huge cluster. Either get out first or get out last. The police that help traffic were so mean and rude when all people were doing was trying to get their shuttle or Uber.
