We believe Port Washington is the most underrated city in Wisconsin, and we want you to experience it all first-hand. ★★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★★ \- Master Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, with a six-drawer dresser. The trendy wallpaper is a huge hit with our guests! We constantly get compliments on the mattresses we provide - the Zinus memory foam mattress is the most recommended mattress by short term rental hosts. \- The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized, memory foam mattress. There is also a dresser and large closet for storage or hanging clothes. \- The 3rd bedroom is a pass-through bedroom. This means you need to go through bedroom #2 to enter. This bedroom has a full-size Murphy Bed (memory foam mattress, of course!). The murphy bed allows guests to fold the bed into the closet when not in use for additional space. The stylish décor turned this into one of our favorite rooms in the unit! ★★LIVING AREA★★ \-Enjoy lounging on comfortable couches as you watch your favorite shows on our Smart TV. Login to your streaming services to make yourself feel right at home. Our Port Washington-themed mural was professionally created to give you that IG-worthy feel! The egg chair serves as a modern design and something you may not use everyday. ★★KITCHEN★★ \-Completely remodeled in early 2023, this kitchen is the perfect spot to cook your group meals. The kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all appliances/cooking essentials. ★★BATHROOM★★ \-Modern, trendy fixtures + comfy bath towels. ★★We have outdoor patio furniture for you to enjoy those beautiful summer nights ★★ You will receive our digital guidebook prior to your arrival. This guidebook should answer most questions and also give you the best insights into local hotspots, restaurants, and activities! I am available to answer any questions before, during, or after your stay to make sure you have a five star experience. Other Notes: No smoking inside the unit. If there is an obvious smoke smell, a charge of $300 will be passed onto the guest who booked. No pets, sorry. The upper unit is also listed as a short term rental. This means there will be guests/tenants upstairs. Some foot noise may be heard from above. My family of 4 lived in the lower unit and it never impacted our sleep or livability! There are plenty places nearby to eat. Walked to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning after enjoying breakfast on the Harbor. Nice/safe area. If you are staying in the Port Washington area, I highly recommend this rental! This is the lower level of a two-story house, but you can’t hear anything from upstairs - I didn’t realize there were other guests upstairs until I was leaving. The layout of the rental is perfect for small and large groups - there are 3 bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds and lots of storage space if you need it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need (coffee bar was great!). Super clean and tidy. The owners are very responsive and were kind enough to accommodate a last minute schedule change. Do yourself a favor and stay here while in town! The area is very walkable and safe. Very well stocked with essentials, including ice, and a few bottles of water, etc. It is an older home, but owners have done a good job updating. New and comfy bedding and towels.
