“Our room had blood sprayed on the ceiling, down the entire wall, on the baseboard, and towel rack in the bathroom. Staff were not helpful they cleaned some of it up. They never offered any alternatives or options and upon check out we brought it up again and still nothing was offered. Additionally we were charged to park in their owned hotel only parking lot, an additional $24.”

“Even though the hotel is a bit old and tired (it will close for a year for a very welcome renovation of the 340 rooms and amenities), Eren and his staff made the stay incredibly enjoyable. “The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests.
I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.”
