Great location on the waterfront with lots of dining options. The room and hotel were clean and updated. The pool was smaller than expected. The only negative was the hot tub jets did not work.

Portland is so…eclectic. Our room was really sparse, like too much waste of space, and the style is very dated. The best things were the free cookies, coffee and tea, valet ease of use and the central location. There is a lot of options nearby for food, shopping, whatever. Right across the street from the ferries and right down the block from the main pier, where all the tours start, etc.

Easy ro find walking diatance from shopping aand restaurants. Valet parkinf required for additional fee but parkinf was a nightmare so this option woks for the location. Alot of homelessness around but nevwr felt unsafe.

Hilton Garden Inn Portland was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. So great it’s in walking distance to so much in Portland. Unfortunately, the city area outside the hotel is in decline.

Excellent location for my vacation in Portland. The room was a nice size (next time I'll probably splurge on a room with a view) and the staff was very attentive. I really loved that it was walkable to everything I had on my activity list. Valet was also very quick.

The hotel staffs are all very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk to the attractions, including the waterfront, city center, restaurants, and also the nearby hiking trails. The hotel breakfast is also having many choices with a very reasonable price.
