“The listing does not say you share the property with strangers. I had my kids with me and I could not sleep there because i dont let my kids sleep around strangers. I own my own home I wouldn't have booked the location to let them have a night out if I would have known we would be sharing the house with multiple seperate guest.”

“The house was cute and perfect location to the epic center. Lots of towels and bedding, limited on kitchen utensils (oven mitts, strainer, measuring cups), pots and pans. Beds we really comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again ”

“Short black curly hairs were found on the sheets, pillow case and bathroom sink in the master bedroom. We had to wash the sheets before sleeping in the bed.There is no smoke detector in the second bedroom”

“Although the house decor and furniture were pretty and comfortable, our overall stay was not pleasant. First issue was the false advertisement of a hot tube and when I reached out to the property manager, she said they never had a hot tube and never addressed my concern about the advertisement of one in the listing description. Concern number two was the quality of fixtures in the house as the towel rack in primary bedroom fell out of the wall, the toilet lid kept coming off & toilet roll……

“The property was exactly as expected based on the description and photos. It was just what we needed for a few nights visiting family. It was clean and spacious.”

“First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or……

“The check in was simple, no problems at all. The home actually looked better in person than it does in the pictures. There are 2 king sized beds, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was absolutely perfect for us. The owner interacted with us in a timely manner throughout our stay. I would go there again! ”
