"This is a unique location with the self-check-in. It took us a couple of minutes to figure out the door ""unlock" feature but once we figured it out there was absolutely no delay going forward. My only tip would be to wait for a second or two once you hit the "unlock" on your phone and trying the handle."

"The Missori Suites is in a perfect location for the Duomo area. Situated on the 7th floor of the building it felt very safe and secure. Check in was easy - Monica kept in touch before our arrival and sent me photos on WhatsApp of the entrance to the building and where the elevator was situated.
