Family reunion

Not happy with hotel. Cable worked half the time. Bathroon flooded, never enough towels and washclothes. Thought because it was Westin I would expect better. No subpar.

Not easy to get ice

Decent hotel

Good and accommodating staff. Under renovation at the time of our stay but minimal disturbance to our stay. Pool was nice and our daughter enjoyed it a lot.

Professional staff, free parking, friendly atmosphere - nothing fancy but all what you need for a business trip or a weekend retreat.

Front Desk Needs to Get it Together

Pros: Price is right; good location
Cons: Management needs to immediately revisit check-in procedure and key-card logistics.
Management has a lot of improvement to make in terms of how this place is run. I've stayed here about five times in the past two years while visiting family. Three out of five times, the key cards I was provided did not work and I had to drag everything back down to the front desk to get another set made, waiting in line once again. This most recent time (3/16), I thankfully saw a staff member in the hall who opened the room for me so I could leave my suitcases there. I then went down and waited in a long line. However - at 8:00 the following morning, another guest woke me up when she was repeatedly swiping her key card and pushing on the door over and over, trying to get into the room (despite there being a Do Not Disturb sign right in front of her). When I spoke to her through the door ("Um, helllllllo, this is not your room and I was sleeping!"), she showed me the front desk gave her key cards in a folio with the SAME ROOM NUMBER written on it. Had the key worked, and had I not put the safety lock on, that could have been a very dangerous situation. It was still frightening, disruptive and annoying. Enough so, that I took the time to write this. Get it together, guys. You should be ashamed of how poorly you are running things. I am a frequent traveler and have never had this happen - not to mention, repeatedly - at any other hotel. Also - the hallways and rooms are extremely dingy and in desperate need of refurbishment.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends! Btw, their restaurant at the lobby has very good food!
