Nice hotel

Pros: it was clean, liked the soap!
Location: Forrestal Village - not much to do in the immediate vicinity. A bit far from shopping or eateries
nice hotel, friendly staff, met requirements for our event.

The room was very clean and quiet too.....I will definitely recommend it, there are shops there as well the restaurants are walking distance

Check in staff not helpful. Hotel Rooms need renovating. Would not stay there again

Nice swimming pool and friendly stuff. Eggs Benedict in room service were not A+, but they never are.

Great for business

Was there for two days conference. The service and condition of the room is great. Only thing is the aircon may be a bit noisy at times.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area

I stayed here one night for a business conference. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near the university. The hotel was very classy, and the customer service was excellent. I enjoyed the restaurant, though it was overpriced (no real surprise -- it's a hotel restaurant). The workout room overlooked a nice-looking pool area and had a few running machines with TV screens on each machine as well as a weights area. I enjoyed pretty much everything about this hotel and would recommend it to business travelers.

Unexpected guess

I was traveling alone and was preparing for a major exam early the next morning and it was around 5:30 pm when I hear what sounds like a key being inserted to my door. Thankfully I had the deadbolt on the door because the door opened. It was not housekeeping or room service it was another guest that was given my room. I called the front desk and they did come right up and have me new keys. However I was very uneasy for the rest of the night in fear of that happening again. Also the room did not appear to be have been dusted in quit some time. Hopefully I do not have to retake this exam and if I do I will not be returning.
