“The front desk personnel provided excellent service ,demonstrating both expertise and and personal demeanor. ”

“The room was clean. Only 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towels or bath mat. There was no hot water for showers. Only luke warm water. The hair dryer didn't work and we had to ask twice to get a hair dryer sent to the room. Also had to ask twice for wash clothes. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always kind and pleasant. The beach bar and the staff there was great. I've stayed there many times before and this was not the same as what we've come to expect. ”

“Basic hotel with clean facilities. Exceptional kitchen staff Tishoy and Chante' were excellent, very receptive, service with a smile. Stayed two nights needed to be in Icho for a budget price and this was just perfect 👌 ”

“Check-in process was smooth and quick, with a warm welcome from management. Room was clean with all the basic amenities. The breakfast was sumptuous, that was definitely the highlight for my fiance. Will be back!”

“Kids enjoyed the pool but could have been cleaner and have some seating around the pool. Small local shops around for food items. House had everything needed for the stay and very fast response from property manager when had any questions ”

“Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off ”

“Beautiful property nestled in a safe and serene community. Ideal if you like a quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle from typical tourist locations. Host was also accessible and welcoming! Would stay here again if visiting areas close by to the property. ”

“One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing! The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel”
