I had reserved a roll in handicap shower which i did get. They had redone the room but failed to place a threshold in front of shower and a hand shower which made rinsing off hard. Each time we took a shower flooded the bayhroom a inch or two because of no threshold. After a couple of showers stopped using it because we would have to use multiple towels to clean up. Reported to msintenance.

Put us in a handicap room, shower was literally 4 foot high, and toilet didnt work either. We had to move rooms at 10pm at night. Pool wasnt even open and they didnt advertise that either. Wouldn’t recommend
