Glad we stayed at Ocean Club East. We were debating between Ocean club east and west. If you like quiet beach and less crowd, East is a great location on Grace Bay beach. Ocean Club West looks bit upgraded property and it’s right in the downtown, near restaurants, resorts etc. but we rented a car so proximity was not important. They also have frequent shuttle service for east to west in case if you are not renting a car. You will get access to pool, Kayak rental, paddle boat etc at both locations. Beach at Ocean Club West was not just crowded but also very deep. Personally I won’t spent more to stay in west.

We enjoyed our stay here! The amenities were beautiful. The restaurant on resort was very good and the location was perfect, especially combined with the free shuttle to the other part of town. Will likely return :)

I didn’t like that there wasn’t elevators but the stairs wasn’t as bad as I thought. The bar and food joint was great and the beach is good walking distance. It is really a beautiful resort. Will definitely be coming back. Have no regrets

The hotel has many positive aspects, such as friendly and accommodating staff and a convenient location with shuttle access to town. However, there are some drawbacks, particularly the outdated furnishings and cleanliness of some areas. Improvements in these areas could greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Ocean Club was amazing providing all the amenities that one would need for our first stay on the island. Staff was amazing Michael at the front desk and Jermaine at the bar were top notch in all aspects of their job. 5 stars would not hesitate to book another stay at the Ocean Club again.

Room was a little out dated (bathroom). Had No hot water the first day but that was repaired right away. West side seamed a little more modern and up to date. Couldn't charge to the room from the restaurants so had to carry money on the beach did not like that especially when you can charge to your room wether you were staying at the East or West when you were at a West side restaurant, kinda made No sense. Would think they would get more business on the beach if you could charge to your room. A little far from all the other restaurants & stores but the 5 min free shuttle to the west side you can take a 5 min walk to the other restaurants & stores. Very safe and staff was very helpful.

Everybody was so nice! Resort was beautiful. Monday's has great jerk chicken. Right down the street from the strip. Aziza Lounge, coco bistro, etc. Bikes to ride 10a-6p. Alot of cats only con there was.

The 2 bedroom suite with garden view was spacious for our family of 4 adults. The use of full kitchen was great for making breakfasts, lunches and drinks! The room was a bit outdated - sofa cushions, beds and patio cushions were not as comfortable, they were flat. Some of the toilets were not working great, one toilet had water running constantly after flushing, we kept on having to fix the flap. We did call maintenance, but don't know if they ever tried to fix it. One bathroom sink was not draining quick enough. The floors in the suite were really dirty, if you walked barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black - we tried communicating with housekeeping but there was a language barrier and she thought I asked to sweep the floors. The property is far away from the center of where restaurants and shops were. Overall the property was nice and staff were friendly.
