The heat for the pool didn't work, the hot tub didn't work and the shuttle into town doesn't start until the end of June, even though I called to confirm and they said yes start's memorial weekend, I saw spiders, I booked two rooms pool studios and they gave me them in two different building

Overall, we were pleased. It was a place to stay. We got to walk to the beach and it was lovely even though cold this time of year! The pool was nice but the repairs that need to be done in the pool room don’t leave a lasting impression. The pool room air was very cold. The room is extremely outdated and felt dirty. But not disgusting. I say overall, it was fine. Nothing special, but fine. However my family and I had a great time! We can anywhere we go! And Provincetown and Truro is divine!

This property looked abandoned when we arrived. There was no one working at this hotel. The lobby was open but freezing, and no one was there for check-in. There were only four cars parked in the parking lot. This is not safe, and I left. I had to drive back 30 miles to find a place to stay for the night. I'm home and checking my credit card bill, and the hotel charged me for two nights. I am disputing the charges and taking the time to write a review. That is how scary that place was. Bonnie Mac.
