"La nourriture est médiocre. Le bruit est omniprésent dans tout l’hôtel. Impossible de dormir le soir entre les boîtes de nuit, les bars à l’extérieur et la musique, trop forte du mini disco et du spectacle, du soir, des odeurs d’œuf, pourris jusqu’à la réception du aux égouts, bref à éviter."

We didn’t have a kettle in our room and didn’t realise till the last day after talking with another person staying at the hotel that we could request one at reception. They had some great daily activities for the kids and adults to participate in too. Would definitely recommend "

"The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice. The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "
