“First of all, the pool is neither in the apartment building nor next to it — it’s about a 5-minute walk away. In our case, we didn’t even receive the key to access it and only found out after asking.Secondly, there is no private parking, despite the listing saying otherwise. You’ll need to park on the street.On the positive side, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the area itself is very quiet.That said, I would not stay here again, as the apartment description is misleading.”

“Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. “This was a great hotel/apartments. Smooth and quick check in, spacious apartment with large balcony and had all the self catering amenities I needed. Room cleaned everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. I could always get a sun lounger at the pool. Showers and changing facilities for a late flight as check out is 11.30am. Would stay here again.”
