The hotel had everything you could imagine, and the staff constantly asked if we needed anything while paying attention to every small detail. The pools, buffets, and drinks were excellent. Six days were not enough to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. I 100% recommend it.”
“This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it ”
“The Fives was incredible - if you are looking for a private more quiet stay right on the beach this is the place - all the staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable… the rooms are exquisite and the food was top class - they could’ve had one more restaurant to choose from but the roof top restaurant is quite lovely - we had a great stay and we would go back - there was seaweed on the beach but each day it would be cleaned up and made to look……

Only a few downsides; There is no sandy stretch of walkable beach and not swimmable water, that was a downer.
The entertainment listed wasn’t always on for example we looked forward to karaoke then it wasn’t on when we got to the bar same happened with the foam party scheduled then no foam party!”
“The hotel was a short drive from the airport. I loved the nature paths to the rooms, as well as the big pool with enough space for everyone. The resort never felt crowded. The food options were great. Despite being an all-inclusive, the drinks were actually good. Also very family friendly! ”
