“酒店环境不错，餐厅食物好吃，选择多样化，餐厅服务好。游玩选项多。不足：提前告知酒店结婚40周年纪念日，但没有给予任何安排。”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“An amazing location, super relaxing and just beautiful all around. We stayed at one of the Elite bungalows and we couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. The room, the view, the food, drinks, and the staff were all exceptional! We’ll definitely visit again!”

“My first time to this hotel/location and I can definitely say I will be back ! I loved the closeness of 5th Avenue and all it has to offer. The north beach was my favorite in the morning, and then the pool in the afternoon. The tireless efforts to remove the sargassum was amazing. The event staff was wonderful to interact with.. as was all the other staff members. So helpful and very kind. The specialty restaurants offered delicious foods, and I could always find something at the buffet I……

“Very good, we've was in paradise! But in the bathroom to sleeky floor in shower room, no magnified mirror ( hard to shave) and in the best in my memory buffet almost not possible to read very small food tags with black background. And too many wild animals.”

“Overall, my experience at Ocean Maya Royale was phenomenal! The resort has several activities everyday making each moment different and a fun experience, creating many memories. The highlight was definitely the staff, Gustavo, Susie, and Victor. They all made our experience full of energy and positive all around engaging our days with laughs, and amazing dance moves. They all worked very hard to make our experience one to remember, making this a trip for the books. ”

“The beach was lovely, while everyone around us had the cabanas ours had palm trees for shade instead which was really nice. Food was good for the most part, the Japanese and Italian restaurant were really good! The lunch buffet was definitely one of the stars, had a great variety of food that was really good. “As avid travelers, we can appreciate a great experience. This was hands down the best all-inclusive we have ever been to. Everything was spotless, the service was impeccable and the staff was super friendly: Omar, Miguel, Anturo, Joanna, Pedro, Carmen, Gabriella, to name a few. The restaurants and servers were all fantastic. Seriously didn’t have one bad meal nor one bad server. They are attentive and want to make great memories for you. Already planning to be back.”
