“Esta lindo y limpio ”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“I paid extra to upgrade to impression, it was nicer but the food was subpar and butler did not follow through with requests for the most part.”

“I was there in June and paid extra so I could get a room right next to the beach. Big mistake. The platinum area smelled so bad. Not sure if it was because of the animals or seaweed. I didn’t even want to look at the ocean or walk on the beach because there was mountains of seaweed piles on the beach and the smell was so bad, So we just stayed at the pool. You can find great shopping for clothes and souvenirs, walking areas, and clubs right in the vicinity along 5th Avenue. “The staff was great, the entertainment was great. The beach smelled because of seaweed and the food was just ok. Making reservations at the restaurants were annoying, you have too basically get up at midnight to make reservations for the next day. I would stay there again”

Not on-par with other five star in the Riviera. Some of the dinners were quite bad. The drinks were not good either. “Very nice stay! Mellow calm vibes which is great for people who aren’t into party vibes, everyone was so kind and the layout of the hotel was very comfortable. Lots of seaweed but I guess that’s normal for July, the pools are so nice we didn’t really miss out on the beach.”
