Rooms have been remodeled but not improved. If you are facing the lagoon, you will on the highway side, which is super loud at night time. Expend extra to face the sea and get minimal noise during night time hours. "

"We did 6 night as moon palace cancun from April 19-25th. We were little nervous before going there. There are alot of reviews that confuse you. At first we were worried that we been put into moon palace sunrise instead of the grand(expedia pictures shows mostly grand) and it might not be good. But after spending 4 nights at sunrise and 2 and grand I realized that sunrise has more activity and shows for kids. Even sunrise pool are well maintained and good fun for kids. Overall trip was great with no issues. Staff was really helpful and kids had great time. I will want to thank Fabricio for making your stay comfortable and made sure all our needs are met. Highly recommend great resort with great service."
