“The hotel facilities are very nice and overall in excellent condition. You can tell that the property is well maintained. I’m very particular about cleanliness, so I always check the beds and pillows upon arrival. In this case, only one of the queen beds was clean. The other had hair on it and appeared to have been made without actually changing the sheets or bedding. The bathroom was also not in the best condition. The toilet had what looked like pubic hair, and the floor had quite a bit of……

“The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was not very helpful. The room comes with 1 Nespresso coffee capsule for 2 people and when I asked for an additional coffee they told me that it's one per room. Ridiculous in my opinion. The location is right across from the Outlet Mall which has lots of stores and some fast food restaurants. ”
