The Condo is decorated with a modern Boho interior and it is ideal for couples or families.
Rising directly above Sandy Beach, this Luxury Ocean Front Resort is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.
This a 24 hour guarded gated Resort that includes a Spa , Bar, Restaurant, Gym, Pool Bar and convenience store.
This condo has been recently completely remodeled including brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures..
In the bedroom there is a Top of the line memory gel mattress for a restful night sleep and a 55 inch smart TVs with Alexa voice control.
The living room has a large sectional/sofa sleeper with a 65 inch smart TV and an Alexa echo show for music.
Come and enjoy the best Sunsets and find your new home away from home.
There is a pool bar and plenty of lounge chairs by the pool as well as tables .
As you step out to the beach, you will find Palapas and lots of lounge chairs.

Fabulous Condo!
From the moment of booking, Cece was great to communicate with! Check in was a breeze and the condo was enchanting and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay and what she didn't have we could find at the store downstairs. The views from the patio were absolutely breathtaking. Stayed at this property with a buddy I haven’t see a in years! We had an excellent time. The condo is pristine!! I usually stay at Palomas but will be back here. Tesla owner, charging was super simple and free!!! The bar tender at the pool/beach bar was awesome, I didn’t catch his name. The grounds are beautifully manicured. CeCe is an absolutely fabulous hostess giving us recommendations and making the whole trip seamless. Will be back again and again! Thank you CeCe!!

From the moment we booked this stay in December (for April 2023), we were thoroughly impressed. Our host (Cece) started the communication process almost immediately and touched base several times in the "waiting period" to ensure we had everything we needed. Her instructions, descriptions, and suggestions were always accurate, informative, and helpful. The listing was immaculate as we first arrived and any stress we carried in the door disappeared immediately. I could go on and on about the property listing but I'll simply say it is/was a 10/10 in our books. One of the reviews raved about the comfort of the livingroom couch and I can absolutely vouch for that. We hit this vacation at the exact right time (late April) as the resort was sparsely populated and even the "frequent fliers" were gone by Monday at noon giving us almost a virtual ghost town (a good thing, I promise). One evening we watched the sunset on the beach and saw a total of 5 people (including us) in a mile stretch. A few words of advice about Puerto Penasco...Americanized pricing and location are becoming commonplace so be ready. No one in town accepted Discover so come prepared with Mastercard and Visa (or cash). Additionally, several places only accept cash - sometimes for the entire purchase (such as meals) but also for tips and most restaurants. We did find several "Mom and Pop" businesses that were very reasonably priced but be prepared at popular tourist locations to pay full American prices. It's not a dig at the location, just stating the facts...we were told to limit our cash before crossing the border but you will need it so don't fail to bring it. We would highly recommend this listing and this location. I will also say that if Cece recommends a place/activity, you can count on it being exactly what she says it will be...Muy Bueno!

Relaxing with a great beach front view!
This is the 2nd property we have rented from Cece. She is great to work with and reached out to make sure we didn't have any issues with check in. This condo has been recently updated, very clean and in a great location (and the Sonoran Sun overall is a very clean and well-maintained property). It's an easy drive or taxi ride into town but we like the location of this property which is towards the end of Sandy Beach. We were able to walk to Wrecked at The Reef. We will definitely book this condo again, next time we go back to Puerto Penasco!
