A super equipped penthouse apartment with capacity for 4 people in San Juan de los Terreros with spectacular views to the sea and the golf course.
Secure inside parking place, elevator, barbecue area, playground, fitness trail, paddle court and several collective pools.
3 large terraces, fully furnished and sunny from morning until evening. From the rooftop terrace you can enjoy the stars at night.
Wifi, Smart TV, Blueray DVD player, Satelite TV receiver, radio, CD player, reversible air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, vacuumcleaner, coffeemachine. Electricity paid from meter reading.

El apartamento está genial,muy bien equipado y la terraza es especatacular. La zona está un poco alejada del pueblo y la playa,se necesita el coche para todo. Nosotros es lo que buscábamos por la tranquilidad .

Overall a nice choice

Good things: - calm and peaceful place - incredible views - well equiped house + modern, comfortable - 3 terraces/balconies - neighbours are really nice (mostly belgium/german) - lots of nice walks Bad things: - the cleanliness was very bad (there were some cleaning products so i used them because it was a bit disgusting the first day) - one of the bathrooms (downstairs, only a toilet) could not be used the whole of our stay (1 month) because of a gas leak. - we had a few power cuts after using the AC for too long - if you get locked out of the house, there's no quick way to get back in (key man could be out of town...) - a car is NEEDED
