“Area was quite, with shopping mall close by. Inside was well presented, as described in the advertising. Plenty of room for extended family of 10. Close proximity to The Crossing, Greerton and Fraser Cove were we had a family event at WorldsEnd. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the exterior could do with a clean and spraying No Spiders. If I was coming back in Summer I would bring a portable BBQ. ”

“Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ”

“Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. "The bath tub shower had a step before accessing it in addition to having to avoid the side of the bathtub itself. Not enough floor towels provided for ensuring one could be placed on the step before the bathtub and another on the ground for minimising risk of slip in particular when coming off the shower obviously with wet feet."
