“Customer service was outstanding. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxing pool. Very nice steam room and sauna. The spa staff were excellent and the treatments were first rate. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The boot room was spacious. The only slight criticism is that the lockers are not ventilated or heated. The breakfast was very good for a 3* hotel. We ate at the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The dining room/breakfast room is more like a cosy salon……

“This is the 4th year that I have stayed in a Les Etincelles hotel and based on this experience it will be the last. On arrival the room type that I had booked had been changed- significantly smaller bed, different bathroom- plus lipstick stained glasses, no plug for the bathroom sink, a shower curtain that was not connected to the wall and kept falling down and robes and slippers missing. Not what I expect from a 4* hotel. I attempted to resolve this with both the hotel directly and with……

Prenotato con Expedia una camera matrimoniale con angolo cottura e salottino. In struttura invece era presente un letto matrimoniale e un bagno. Tutti e due "avevano ragione" e indovinate chi ha avuto le vacanze rovinate? ”
