The room was a little small for 3 adults, only there for 4 nights so made the best of it. Breakfast could have been a little better as well.
But all in all really enjoyed it"

Bathroom has a rain shower which is perfect after 16 hours on a plane. Staff is absolutely wonderfun, they even packed us a breakfast on the day we left as we did not have enough time to sit down and eat. And we didn't even ask for it, they just asked that we waif a few minutes if we have time.

Ms. Annie at the reception deserves a special mention; her English was impeccable, and she went above and beyond with her helpful recommendations and seamless arrangements for our day trip to Ninh Binh (more on that below). Mr. Henry consistently greeted with a friendly smile, opened doors for us and was always on hand to assist whenever needed.
Mr. Truc was our private driver for our journey to Ninh Binh. He was very professional, drove with utmost care even in heavy rain, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was raining and the street in front of the hotel was blocked off so Bob accompanied us to ensure we met a grab at the correct location. Breakfast is good but there is no dining for dinner. "The hotel is in a small alley, so it will take about 2 min walk from the big road. Good WiFi, firm bed, soft pillow, kettle for hot water, shower separated from the toilet and sink, clean and new amenities, quiet area even close to the noisy beer quarter,. The staff is especially very helpful with advise and carrying heavy luggage upstairs as no elevator available. The only down points are no elevator, sewer smell bathroom, useless safe box (can't be used as it's already closed). Price very affordable and cheaper than other places. I'll give it 4.5/5."
