“Excelent service, everything is new in the hotel, the rooms are really nice and the staff is the best, they welcome with a plate of fruit and a juice, they helped to everything some times they go with me te the bus tour pickups and when i leave to the airport they go to the taxi to check everything is ok. I have to said is one really nice place to stay in Hanoi, the only thing maybe could be better is the street because is really narrow and dark at night, but I never feel in danger or insecure....

“Personal war super. Alle freundlich, hilfsbereit.
Der Portier gab uns viele Tips und brachte uns sogar mit Koffer bis zu einer anderen Straße( da vor dem Hotel an dem Abend alles abgesperrt war wegen eines Markts). Vielen Dank dafür.
