The only downside is the room we booked in the basement was smaller than expected and a bit stuffy since there's no ventilation. Other rooms might be a bit more spacious. Was adequate for one night. "The communication from staff was great and they explained and sent diagrams for our unit and parking description. Our unit was clean and had a beautiful big deck you could enjoy. While we only stayed one night there are no complaints wish we could of stayed a few days.

"Te property is in excellent condition and it has clearly had an extensive refurbishment to a high standard. The check in was the easiest i can remember. On arrival the key was waiting for me. The room was very comfortable and had good WIfI access. Ther was a kitchenette and large TV/Games room with plenty of tea and coffee.
The location of the hotel lends itself to a very peaceful and relaxing stay making an excellent base for those looking for some tranquil surroundings.

"To call this a hotel is a stretch, its more like a guesthouse. No reception on arrival, even though published as open to 6pm (which says it all!!). Restaurant not open on arrival Sunday evening, which I was awre of, but to be told Monday evening there is only one choice of meal......this is not a Restaurant! Like others, I think this is an over priced 'guesthouse' for what it offers, even the breakfast was very basic for the overall cost. The only positive comment I could make is that there was a fan in the room to provide some cooling."
