The room was clean but average. The pool was okay. Would be better if they had a rinse station to rinse off before going back to your room. The towels were smaller than expected. The washroom in our room was really small with very little counter space. Only 1 spot to hang towels.

They allow people to drink in the pool even tho there is a sign stating they cannot . People getting drunk around kids and then attacking my family for asking them to stop “splashing water in my baby face” the security didn’t do anything and the manager was not even aware of the situation the day after . Poorly managed and definitely not a family hotel ! Not safe for kids

The rooms is so dirty. The staff is cruel. Not quality for 4 stars hotel. More like cheap motels than a hotels. Not even provided a flipflop or toothbrush. The restaurant in main floor call Ginger is terrible. The foods they provide taste like a frozen food in convenient stores. This is first and will be last time I'll be there. Never come back again.

Interesting decor theme. The Resto-Bar has very good food and my cocktail was excellent. This was only a pit-stop, one-nighter for us but for me the mattress was too soft (wife loved it) but neither of us were impressed by the mold in the shower. Walls seemed a bit thin but we slept well.

Excellent entertainment, super clean rooms - more upscale than most other hotels. Excellent pool with provided towels. Staff in restaurant did not speak much English and could have been more attentive.

Room was very nice. We were on the 7th floor and it was summertime. When we got off the elevator to our floor we got a blast of heat. It was like the heat was on. It seems the hallways are not air conditioned. The room was fine temperature wise. You could adjust as needed. 2 out of 4 ice machines were not working. Roads Around the building were under construction. Pool was really nice. Overall I would stay here again.

Overall a great stay. Loved the room. Super comfortable bed. Very spacious and clean. Pool area is beautiful. Unfortunately there is so much construction outside I know this isn’t the hotels fault. Staff were friendly.

The bar had very limited choices even though their menu as extensive. The toilet seat cover kept closing while in use. We didn't eat in the restaurant but noticed they had an issue with plumbing. The subs we ordered from the Deli were not good and we were charged more than the advertised price. The room was nice and clean.

The pool and the balcony were the nicest part of the hotel. The hotel room was not bad, the bathrooms need to be renovated. The bathroom door does not lock, the bathroom sick and tub both get clogged and there is no air ventilation system. Overall i would come back but just wish the bathrooms would get renovated. Also the closet door was broken. Pool did not have crystal clear water but it was okay.

This was a very clean, convenient property with many amenities. There is construction around the hotel but it was very convenient location just off the highway. We enjoyed our stay.
