I was very disappointed when I actually arrived at the hotel because the pictures were not what it seemed like in real life. The room was okay, it seemed like the hotel was getting old and renovations could make it better. The lighting in the room was cold and there wasn’t enough brightness in it. The hotel is near by the bus station 10-15 min walk. The location is a bit far from the restaurant and everything but the hotel is good, great room with a clean and recent bathroom plus the hot water works well. Receptionist extremely helpful in tour information. Hotel able to book tuk-tuk to bus station and airport. Staff friendly especially "va" excellent guy!! Went out of his way to help us and good driver. Lots of food stalls close walk away in evening, safe area to walk day or night. ATMs short walk away and pharmacy with English speaker.
