Hotel was overbooked so even though I
Booked a King bed, we were given a queen. They did put us in a suite, but it was virtually the same amenities as the room with a King had, so only difference was a door to the bedroom. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast was literally bread and butter with nothing else. I asked about any compensation since there was no breakfast and was told to speak to the manager who was not there. The keurig in our room did not work. We had to go to the front desk to exchange it. There was no room service. I was told that only happens if you stay 5 or 7 nights, the front desk agent wasn’t sure. One of the dining chairs had wax melted to the seat cushion. The sofa was very worn. 2 positives… same young man working at the desk during the day for our entire stay was ver polite and professional and the room itself was equipped with 2 burners, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, which were all nice and clean. My sister and her family also had a room during the same time and the bathroom mirror had a cigarette left on top of the frame, there was garbage in the room, and it appeared the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last people who stayed in it, which made me wonder if bedding gets changed between guests.
