“A wonderful 3 night stay in the family suite with two double beds. Service from all the hotel staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived, and they went above and beyond from giving us a takeaway breakfast on our last day when we left early, as well as helping with our hired tuktuk! Hotel is further out of Galle Fort (about a 10min tuktuk drive/25 min walk), but setting of buildings onsite is lovely, centred around the main pool and communal outside area. “Great place to stay very close to the lighthouse. Love the small, intimate, boutique-style feel to it. Make sure to have the egg hoppers for breakfast! Delicious!”

“The Bartizan's rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was gorgeous. The breakfast was generous, and we were given a packed breakfast on the day we left early. The staff were very attentive. It is located on the coast and walkable to loads of shops and restaurants. It was our favourite hotel in the two weeks we spent in Sri Lanka. ”

“Hikkaduwa Beach Hotel is located right on the beach, the ocean is just a step away. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The restaurant is open for limited time frames but room service is available throughout the day. Loved the view from our room, to get the sea view you have to book premium sea view. Comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was courteous and helpful. The Wi-Fi was spotty especially during peak usage but the view, the sea, sun and sand make up for it. Food service maybe...

“El hotel se encuentra a pie de playa de reciente construcción y buenas calidades. No está cerca de ningún núcleo urbano pero con un tuc tuc lo tienes todo a mano. Me llamo positivamente la atención que son eco friendly no usan plásticos salvo en lo necesario, por ejemplo en las papeleras, usan papel reciclado, no usan plástico en los accesorios de baño o las botellas de agua son de cristal. En general me gusto bastante y aunque todavía tienen pequeñas cosas que mejorar, repetiría sin duda. ”

“The hotel is beautiful with amazing views and excellent staff. The hotel has a free shuttle service between 8.30 and 4.00 to Jungle Beach and the temple. It’s also just ten minutes by tuktuk to Galle which cost about £1.50 - £2.00. The pool is lovely and the roof top bar sells great cocktails. We ate dinner at the hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced. They were very accommodating of our dietary requirements (vegetarian and vegan.) Las chicas que lo regentan son muy amables y profesionales. En el hotel tienen una nevera al servicio de los huéspedes y una zona para tender la ropa. Ademàs, cada habitación tiene una mesa y sillas a la puerta de la habitación donde sentarte a organizar tu jornada tranquilamente.”
