I was shocked at the disrespect, rude and aggressive behavior by the man who checked me in. Unclear on his communication, spoke in half sentences, and raised his voice at me saying, ‘You didn’t pay me anything!!!! You paid Expedia!!’ I have stayed at this location 2-4 times a year for over 25 years… now it’s under new management and I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Our room did not have a working smoke detector. The property had old furniture stacked up against the wall in the breezeway. The window unit in our room was flush against the mattress in our room, so we weren't able to get very good air flow, even after moving the mattress away from the wall to unblock the vents. When checking out the following morning, the front desk was unmanned. I called out and a gentleman came to the front. He seemed bothered and dismissive, shrugging off my statement about checking out.
