The room was clean and comfortable. The water faucet ran at just at trickle it took about 5 minutes for the water to get warm, also about 5 minutes for the shower to get warm.

Our usual hotel in Raton.

We usually stay here when we're headed to Philmont. It is walking distance to the restaurants we prefer. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't available, which had the grandkids bummed out. Until we found out about the Raton Regional Swim Center. They both had a blast. Thanks to the hotel staff for directing us there.

Decent for the price.

Bed was awesome. Especially after a long day of traveling, it was nice to have a soft bed. I was too tired to do anything but pass out. Hubby did say that there was no hot water. Tv was really small, but again i didn't care to much.
