“I checked out the same evening I checked in. I left and paid again for another hotel much cleaner and safer Losing my initial payment for this hotel. my room smelled of cigarettes, the bed sheets where dirty where I found hair on. I would like a refund for having to leave due to poor conditions. the door to the hallway had a shattered glass. my room was missing the door lock that secures the door from fully opening. it was unacceptable.”
