The red roof is under new management and everyone is polite the room were remodeled and super clean also pet friendly

we requested to check in a few hours early because we were visiting the area for a concert and they said check in time was 3 o clock firm and the housekeeper needed time to clean the rooms, so come back later. there was no way they didn’t have anything available but we said okay. we weren’t able to get into our room until around 11pm and it was disgusting. the smell walking in was horrible, the bathroom floors were dirty with black specks all over, some dried up liquid around the toilet, sheets were dirty and had stains all over the sheets. we had 2 queen beds and had to share because the one bed was absolutely repulsive. i would never stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were really nice. But the hotel smelled like smoke, it was so noisy I couldn’t sleep and the door to the balcony didn’t open! It was unusable! The pillow case has a stain on it, I’m glad I travel with my own, and the stuff I packed canes back smelling like cigarettes.

The guest laundry was useful, the room was clean. The room had both interior and outside entries, the interior (hallway) door had a deadbolt but the door opening to the parking lot did not.
