The property didn’t have hot water ? Yes, seriously ! All they had to do is put up a small sign saying “No Hot WATER! And they never communicated that to Expedia so that at least customers can see it and not book! But they did that to scam customers and earn money, and when you are there you won’t have a choice but check in because they won’t refund your money. No ethics at all.
