For our needs, a very early flight out and a very accessible shuttle, the Radisson was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The evening clerk was just ok in friendliness and welcoming. The morning clerk was very friendly, greeting us and wishing us a good trip. I needed a band aid and was disappointed when he told me they were out of them. Maybe my expectations are too high but I was disappointed. Shuttle was on time and we appreciated that benefit.

We love Royal Park. Their renovation is complete and beautiful!

This was a really nice property. Heather at the front desk was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Jacuzzi could have been a little bit hotter. The breakfast was good. The guy that checked us in was great, sorry forgot his name. Laundry facilities were nice. Easily accessible to lots of different restaurants. I did request a late checkout so I can work for my computer in our room. My husband had training right down the street and was getting out between 3:00 and 4:00. I was hoping for that. The two people at the front desk only allowed me to check out at 1pm, stating the hotel was sold out. I know it wasn't and they were just renovating rooms. I ended up just waking up 3 hours early so I can get work done on my computer since I couldn't be in the hotel room past 1pm. It ended up working out. Overall, it was a very nice property and we would stay there again.

The apartment was fine except there were no instructions how to operate otherwise high quality appliances. The biggest drawback though was the complete lack of staff willing to assist with check in and advice, only a phone number to call which was tricky with a non-American phone. Expedia did not supply the codes to enter the building or to enter the apartment. One staff member was at the desk when I left but she said she was only responsible for the long-term residents and could not help me. But for the price it was otherwise a reasonable deal. Outlets where to buy food were not indicated. The closest I could find was about a 10 minute walk away. More customer support definitely needed I think
