Kind and helpful staff. Hotel very clean with spacious rooms. Only drawback was that rooms that bordered the main road were quite noisy at night with traffic noise - but this is "life in the big city" that us small town folks have to anticipate. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.
We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn in Dearborn. It was very clean and the room was comfortable. Loved the shower and large screen TV. We enjoyed having so many good restaurants within walking distance, although the street in front of the hotel was chaotic. Breakfast was standard Hampton fare but welcome each morning.
The hotel is only one mile from the Henry Ford museum and Greenfield Village. Great location!
If you need a quieter room request to stay on the side opposite of Michigan ave. I like the sound of traffic so it made no difference to me. Lots of places to eat nearby and an all around pleasant experience. I would definitely stay again.
Loved the hotel from top to bottom. Love the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants & coffee shops & shopping within walking distance.
Very easy & safe parking for free!
Staff were All friendly & professional. Will return next summer with niece & nephews.
Nice clean property w parking on site for $5/night. Staff was very helpful and provided 15% off voucher for Ford Museum which worked out well for us. Nice restaurants within walking distance
Stayed here for 7 nights. Great location with clean rooms and a good breakfast that varied a little each day. Close to lots of restaurants. Nice staff, easy parking. The only con for us was that the bed was a little too firm.
Convenient and clean and the staff was great. I’m not a negative person but the breakfast wasn’t that good. I’ve stayed in
4 other Hilton branded hotels this week and actually enjoyed the breakfast. Sausage links warmed up in a crockpot isn’t how it’s done. No eggs? I believe this location can do better.
Breakfast was not very good. The worst part about this hotel is that it is on a very busy street, and the noise is really loud. There were people drag racing and doing donuts in the park all night long. Whe I asked to be moved for the second night I had to pay an upcharge to be on the quiet side. The front desk lady was nice about it, but couldn’t break policy. However having the shuttle available to take us the Henry Ford museum was very nice.
i had a 4 day 3 night stay upon checking in they said parking is 5 dollars a night ok no problem except that all guests of the hotel and all the neighboring business were in the same lot. the hotel has a lot but once its full (20 spots) you have to go to the other lot where i was there for a good half hour trying to find parking that i was charged 5 dollars for and the other people visiting restaurants or coffee shops parked for free. another thing about parking for a hotel of that size there was only 2 hadicapped parking spots and the rest were diamond members The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous but the hotel rooms were dirty i walked into the bathroom and there was hair all over the floor as well as on the towels it was disgusting to be honest. but again we were going to be there for several days so i didn't want to be that one guest i cleaned up the hair and the bathroom. breakfast was okay not a big selection very sparse. the walls are very THIN. You can hear everything in the room next to you the tv walking around talking everything. the indoor pool was extremely cold. not its cold but after you get it you adjust like super freezing cold.
