“Ac wasn't working properly”

“Check in was really quick. I selected a room with a pull out couch which we immediately pulled out once we got in. There were dirty bottles and someone’s sock left behind the couch. I went down to the front desk to ask for more towels (on my reservation I selected 4 people but there were only enough towels for 3), to ask for linens for the couch because there were none, and to tell them about the couch situation. The man at the front desk was super apologetic and helpful. Within about 5 minutes……

“入住当天上午一直下雨，计划先到这个已经预定的酒店存放行李。抵达时才上午11点多，接待员工很热情查询了一下房间状态说可以提前入住，意外之喜。早餐相对简单一些，早餐区比较拥挤（另一方面说明入住率比较高）”
