“Broken windows- it was up the whole time, the room faces the main road with heavy traffic, therefore sleep was impossible.
Communication was poor, inadequate instructions to get into the bldg. I was only given the code to the room, not the bldg.
Manager emailed me a photo copy of the emailed instructions after I asked her. I asked her multiple times to forward me the original email since I didn’t receive it, she was unable to provide.
The odd request was she asked me to email my concerns to her...

“The property is very nice , with beautiful gardens. But the bathrooms stinks, the person in charge is very hostile, bitter and not kind at all.
Also in a hotel near the airport it is quite impractical that they do not offer breakfast, not even a simple one and one has to walk almost 20 minutes to get a coffee.
Hard to believe that in such a property they cannot offer at least fruit, a toast and coffee. ”
