"So our experience wasn’t terrible BUT we stayed and the upstairs people apparently had kids and all and stayed up close to midnight constantly running jumping and throwing ping pong balls. We couldn’t sleep until they went to sleep! We could hear everything going on. Other than that, the suite we stayed in was nice and very roomy. We will stay again but will request to be on the top floor or in a unit that’s by itself if that’s even offered. The shower had amazing water pressure. They do need to get wider shower curtains because the water was so intense it was spraying everywhere. Had to use a lot of towels to block water from soaking the floors. We didn’t get to test out the pool or other amenities at the place because we was just wore out from spending the day at Silver Dollar city. We checked out early and didn’t even eat breakfast, so no reviews on the rest. We stayed in suite 403A/B. I give this place a 7/8… only because of the not being able to rest properly because of the neighbors."

"My room was clean and neat. The only thing I would point out is that the hotel is built on a very steep hill. Getting from parking space to room could be difficult with mobility issues."

"Amenities were not available with the pool Construction was on going and redoing the roof and painting the entire building we were staying in. AC to our room/living room did not work Wouldn’t get below 76 and very stuffy We paid over $400 per night. Hotel said there wasn’t another room available that was 3 bedroom/other accommodations. Was told i couldn’t receive a refund."
