"My wife and I stayed for a long weekend at the HVC. With one minor "inconvenience" of the pools being closed for repairs (but honestly, it was 13 degrees outside so I am not so sure that would have been used). Our villa was spacious, inviting and well appointed. The fireplaces - yes fire place (s) - 2, worked so well we didnt turn on the heater. The bathroom shower was wonderful. The grounds were very neat and enjoyable. Overall a wonderful stay."

"Nice big room since we needed a pullout couch also. LOVED the 2nd sink. That was such an amazing feature. So often when we travel we wish the sink was at least outside the bathroom, but to have two was fantastic with multiple girls getting ready. Staff were all so friendly and so nice to have bellmen take load/unload luggage from car and into the room. We always love staying at the Chateau. Dance convention this time but we've enjoyed staying there just for fun also. The movie theatre is always a special treat. Love the west shop for salads and sandwiches for lunch, drinks, ice cream. Beautiful courtyard. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"great experience overall. Food was good from the morning cafe. The pool and hot tub were good, but pool seems a little shallow and hot tub seems small but still enjoyed. Staff was friendly and cleaning service did a great job overall keeping up with the cleanliness or the rooms and the common area. Would recommend to a friend. "
