Chase and the bell staff were excellent. The only challenge was our room did not get cleaned. We did get all the towels we needed. I would stay again. We also learned that we could split a breakfast at the grill for a better value than coffee and doughnuts at the sweet shop.

We enjoyed the library bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable about her craft. The drinks were very good but a bit pricey. Our room and interior of building was very dated and needs remodeling. Would expect a more updated mordern room for the price of the stay.

very short on staff , can’t contact anyone on the phone . no room tidy or clean up during stay said that we were advised on arrival but that was not the case , had to walk down to the desk to get clean towels and other room items !! Big disappointment from last visit even though cost was astronomically bigger . seems to be very short staffed .

First off I just have to say how awesome it was that they let me check in early and actually called me back at 10:30am that morning To let me know the room was ready so I didn’t have to wait until 4 PM that day, which was awesome! But when I got the room there in the sink and it was missing towels, and I could tell that they didn’t really clean it well but I didn’t say anything because I was so thankful to have checked in early. That was awesome. The views were phenomenal. Very beautiful view of the lake from my balcony in the beds are super comfortable. I slept like a baby.

I liked the property. Beautifully kept landscape. The staff were helpful and polite. I felt like the room maintenance was lacking. In checking into the room, it appeared that the room lacked a thorough cleaning. Bedding was clean, everything else was masked
