Property itself was decent. They need to hire staff that is willing to be helpful and not rude. The beds were uncomfortable. Shower room with commode was tiny. Everything else was just average with above average cost.

The only negative comment is, that no matter how low I turned the AC, the room felt humid. It was uncomfortable sleeping. I would stay here in the fall, but probably not in the summer.

We loved this hotel! Even the weird little things (like the bed being so tall it came with a set of steps) made this place more charming. Right in the heart of all the action, we were never too far from anything we wanted to do. Parking is very steep but not hazardous. Pools were great. The only let down was breakfast— it was just meh. But all in all, a wonderful place to stay & we can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. EXCEPT there was not enough lighting in the room. It's way to dark for a woman who needs lighting to put on make-up etc. The staff was great EXCEPT-- For the lady working in the dining area. My daughter stood in line for over 5 minutes waiting to make a waffle. When she got to the machine the staff took it away. She explained she had been waiting in line. But, the lady said NO it is time to shut it down. ..took the waffle mix and left with it. Not Good customer service.

Loved our stay -4 nights,5 days- balcony room ... good selection of hot & cold buffet b'fast selections . Outdoor pool and indoor pool with hot tub- enjoyed both ! Vending machines on all floors with different selections if needed. And laundry room on first floor ... we will stay again ! We enjoyed the fireworks from several locations on our 4th floor balcony room - on the 4th of July :)

What you get for the value is something you can’t beat. The free hot breakfast in the morning was also very good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
