"The staff was new and they were all great. I hope they keep the lot of them. The grassy area in the back is wasted space. Turn that into a dog park and clean up the trash enclosure. "

"The electricity was not on when we got there There weren't enough bath and hand towels, we booked for 7 people and got 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels. There was a patio but no patio furniture. No Garage codes we had to walk around the building to enter and leave . It wasn't as clean as I thought it would be and we never did get the television to work. On the plus side it had ample room for 4 adults and 3 preteen boys. There weren't enough hangers though so I'd bring some or buy some cheap ones to leave there.. There was plenty of closet space and new appliances. We ate out most of the time but when we got a frozen pizza for the kids, the oven smoked. We couldn't figure out how to set the thermostat higher than 69 so we had to shut it off when we got cold. "

"Very quiet and safe enviroment the house was clean and comfortable 15mn drive to the airport shopping center a lots malls around and the best it was only 25mn away from where my son leave.Also the host Mr.Daniel was very kind and helpful "

"While the townhouse has the potential to be really spectacular, (large rooms and comfortable common areas) there were several aspects of our visit that fell short. First and foremost, the place was not cleaned thoroughly. Upon our arrival, my mother in law has to wipe down the dining table and kitchen counters because their were crumbs left there. One of the guest towels had several black curly hairs in it. The master bathroom has a plastic toilet seat cover that is not particularly hygienic. On our first morning at breakfast, my husband who weighs all of 155 pounds, had the dining chair he was sitting on break nearly causing him to fall to the ground. He said he could see that a bracket had been placed on the chair indicating that it had broken previously and been repaired insufficiently. Upon arrival, there was an overflowing garbage bin waiting for us at the curbside. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday disruption to trash collection, it was sitting out there for nearly our entire trip. Check in was with a keypad which didn't work on the first several tries, but finally did after we called the property management company. These are really easy fixes and the fact that care was not taken is deeply disappointing."
