5/5 Excellent
"Very nice large room with high ceilings on the 4th floor. Very modern and clean and in the center of town "

"The property was clean and well organised. There was parking available and the check-in member of staff was polite.
When we were leaving the property I waited my turn at the reception to ask the receptionist a question but she was minimal and dismissive. Actually the complete opposite to the person before me and after me, where she was smiley and polite. I find such attitude unwelcoming and discriminating."

First impressions last and this wasn’t a good one.
"Hotel:
The hotel itself was absolutely fine. Clean, modern and generally very pleasant.
Check-in:
The lady at the check-in was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. She constantly interrupted me when I asked about the parking reservation that I had made, she went on about the breakfast that I didn’t reserve and was generally very unfriendly to deal with. She also told me I didn’t have a booking until she actually read my German ID card properly. This was not what I needed after such a long drive and certainly not what I would expect from front office staff at a four star hotel.
Check-out: Conversely, the short conversation I had with the lady on reception when I checked out using the online check-out in the morning was extremely friendly and thankful. "

"Great location beside the railway station and major shopping centre, but only a short walking distance from the centre. Room was spotless and reasonably equipped. "
