The property location was perfect for enjoying the beaches. The property was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The owners gave great restaurant recommendations along with ideas of things to do. We would absolutely book here again and can’t wait to plan our next stay.

Very nice property!

We had a very nice stay at this property. Everything you need is included, which was so convenient. The property owner provided detailed information about the property and Rehoboth Beach, and was easy to reach by telephone. It’s located on a quiet street and is just a 5-7 minute drive to the beach. It is nicely decorated and there are thoughtful touches throughout.

Luxury at an affordable price

We were blown away by this property and by Jessica's communication and hospitality. The property was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and a screened-in back porch that we spent most nights enjoying. We hope to stay again next summer!

FABULOUS place. This is our second time staying at this property. It is so clean and tranquil. The back porch is a phenomenal retreat for starting your day with coffee and relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is great as it is tucked away from the busy route 1 and then it's a quick over the bridge to the beaches. Beautiful place and Jessica is a wonderful communicator. Thank you!

Charming and Quiet

Lovely property located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach. Inviting screened in back porch perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped. This is our second year here and once again we had a wonderful stay.

2nd time staying just as great as the 1st

This is the second summer we’ve stayed at this property and will likely come back for a third. Cleanliness is always amazing. My wife is a stickler for clean rentals and she’s rated this house top notch both times. The location is ideal. You cannot walk to the beach but it’s super close and an easy car ride. The neighborhood is quiet and the back porch is wonderfully peaceful. Renters are easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend this property. A+!!!

Clean and Perfect in Every Way!!

The house was spotless and had everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation! The quiet neighborhood was great for long walks. The location was just right. A short drive to the beautiful beaches and great outlets. The enclosed beautiful furnished back porch was cozy and relaxing at any time of day. Jessica was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We loved this house. We hope to rent again next summer!

Vacation Stay July 2023

Our family had a marvelous stay at this property. The house is clean and well kept. Kitchen is beautiful. Very spacious living areas. Included parking at Rehoboth Beach in non-metered areas. Short drive of 5 minutes to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. I had 2 minor issues that Jessica, the property owner, resolved immediately with a phone call. Would certainly come back here again. Good value for your money.

Wonderful stay near Rehoboth

I would definitely come back. The house was new, clean, and cozy. The owners were very thoughtful. They had a rainy day toy box and games. I would suggest more games for adults ie. Monopoly, scrabble, Catan etc. I highly recommend this house in a nice quiet neighborhood a short drive to many of the beaches.

Beautiful home!

This home was the perfect place for my family and extended family. Jessica had everything we could possibly need on hand. The beach (Boardwalk) was very close, within 5 minutes and location was perfect for quick food shopping. Everything was clean, in great condition and comfortable. All we needed was food. The covered back porch was a great place to hang out and talk after ta day at the beach! We would definitely love to rent again... Thank you for opening your home to us!

We were so happy to return this year to your lovely home!

We stayed for a week last summer in 2019 and once again this July! It was just as great as last year! The house is very very clean which was so important during these scary COVID days. It was refreshing to have everything we would need in the kitchen to prep meals and cook for our 3 children since we didn’t want to go into restaurants. Another bonus is your 100% cotton sheets and cozy crisp bedding on each bed. The very short drive to the beach is easy. Outdoor shower was used every single day as was the screened in porch! Thank you again!

Truly DELIGHTFUL!

This house was incredibly CLEAN and ORGANIZED! We appreciated the personal touches in decor and furniture and can tell the owners truly love their beach home. We were surprised that the kitchen had every pot, pan, appliance and kitchen gadgets that anyone would ever need being away from home for a week! The LINENS on every bed were cotton, super soft and comfortable! We used the outdoor shower each day after the beach and spent EVERY morning on the screened in porch ! Jessica and Scott were very friendly and responded to each question via email or cell phone in a timely matter. Our family of 5 would love to return for another week next summer! Quite a HIDDEN GEM in Rehoboth !!

An oasis in Rehoboth!

Can't say enough about this amazing property. It really is a gem. It was perfect for my family of four plus my sister who visited for a few days. Only 10 mins drive from the beach we were able to go back and forth as we needed. The house itself was wonderfully decorated, spotless, and cozy. We loved the office space where we could work when we needed. The screen in porch is perfect for am workouts, reading, or eating dinner. Loved that most rooms had a TV which made mornings easier with our little ones. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and I even baked a banana bread! The garden out front is beautiful and over two weeks we watched as new flowers bloomed and butterflies came for a visit. Jessica was a perfect host and responded immediately to any questions. We couldn't have picked a better place for our stay and hope to be back again next year!

Gem Nestled in Rehoboth Beach

Everything about this home was fantastic from the light-filled rooms to the well-stocked kitchen! Jessica and Scott went above and beyond to provide everything our family needed to make our stay enjoyable. Their home is beautifully appointed with lovely artwork, comfortable furnishings, linens, dishes, kitchen gadgets, paper goods, and more. Everything is new and clean. Communication was excellent, along with the simple process of gaining entrance to the house. Everything was well thought out to provide us with a lovely stress-free vacation. Upon arrival, we found an unexpected, but most appreciated welcome basket filled with sunscreen, local foods, and toys. The basket plus the house manual, which, had information about the house, local restaurants, activities, and services helped create a positive start to our family vacation. The house location is terrific too, with easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It is situated on a quiet street. We loved waking up in the morning to enjoy our breakfast on the screened-in porch while hearing the birds chirp and enjoying a gentle breeze. Next time we'll have to try out the hammock. Thank you, Jessica and Scott, for making our stay so perfect. We love your home!

Rehoboth Beach Summer Vacation

We had a great time at this home, it is a short distance to the beach (5 min drive) and close to many places without getting caught up in traffic. The property is very clean and everyone had enough space. Sitting in the outside area was a memorable, we were comfortable the entire time and would love to come back.

Great Place to Beach
