The shower was clogged with the previous guest hair, the room stank like the deodorizer cleansers didn’t help, the price was way too high, but the bed and pillows made for a good sleep.

The tub glass railing is super dirty and In the morning water was coming up in the bathtub with black stuff in it, looked like coffee grounds so we could not shower. We notified front desk and waited 45 minutes, no one came

My parents live in Reno and myself, my husband, and our small children decided to visit for the 4th of July. We had originally planned to stay at a different hotel, but it was booked and Boomtown was close by to my parent’s home, so we decided to try it out. Upon checking in, we found that our room hadn’t been cleaned well. We went and spoke to the staff and Haley helped us right away, putting us in a beautiful, clean room the rest of our stay. She was understanding and accommodating. We were very grateful and would definitely stay again!
