"Staff were amazing — very friendly and understanding, and extremely helpful. Food in restaurant was really good. While the hotel looked well-maintained, the surfaces in the room (doors, door knobs, walls)"

"Honestly a bit better than I expected given recent competition from the Hilton and Kempinski. Perhaps they are upping their game? Great location. Not great value for money but ponder where you are. Excellent public spaces. Great breakfast on offer. Wifi sometimes slow. Hot water in my room was intermittent, although others in my group had no complaint so perhaps a glitch? Really not bad at all given the cenral location and complimentary transport to the airport."

"Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. Room was large and had all required amenities such as good AC, refrigerator, safe, etc. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food. Dinner at restaurant was good. Pattiserie operated by hotel in the corner of the street offers good food and coffee at better value than restaurant."
