What a great stay professional staff easy check-in great restaurant right in the heart of downtown happening Reykjavík Iceland. We walked to several tourist attractions and had an outstanding time. We will be coming back. Enjoy.

Great hotel! Perfect convenient location, comfortable and clean with great included breakfast and free parking (though only limited spaces) with kind and helpful staff.

Staff was exceptional!! Room was very neat and clean and bed, towels straightened up after first night. I was upgraded to a larger room with bath, which was good, but not crazy about being on parking lot where window wasn’t private. Staff was willing to move me if another room available.

It's located in a good area and is close to some of the important attractions. Beautiful street to walk on. However, horrible parking situation on the property. The doors do not automatically lock and one has to make sure that the doors were pushed thoroughly. The breakfast (included) was disappointing - bad coffee. Noisy on the street side.

Well it was awful since the put us in a basement and i would recommend not book thru expedia. because that’s why they put us in the basement with the cleaning crew pretty much .The staff were nice but like i said again being in a basement with the cleaning crew was not nice at all for charging so much for a Hotel.

We were here for three nights and while the rooms are on the small side for two large suitcases, location makes up for any limitation. Staff super friendly and helpful. We had early check-in for an additional charge, but were given vouchers for the breakfast buffet, so a wash there. We got good advice from the front desk about buses, cabs and local attractions. The On-Off Bus and #9 bus stops right outside. Food at the restaurant was good. Decent breakfast buffet , the dinner menue at Lao, the hotel restaurant, while limited was of excellent quality and portion size. Overall location very walkable to most major city sites and great selection of restaurants.

The apartment was not as pictured and it had not been cleaned. It was unhygienic - the bathroom had a gross pink mildew shower curtain and window sill. A dirty bathroom cup was on the counter. Sheets were dirty and full of hair. No balcony furniture. The list goes on… The owner did not respond to questions. Definitely don’t stay here. The hotel nearby is nicer and similarly priced.

Great location in the centre of town. However, rooms are very small so not suitable if you're packing lots of gear. A bit noisy late night. Free breakfast was appreciated as other restaurant prices were extortionate

As with the rest of Iceland, this hotel and its staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location makes walking to the major Reykjavik sights very easy. Breakfast was good and solid and a great way to start the day

The hotel pleasantly surprises once you enter it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s Situated very close to transportation and all the downtown great restaurants, bars, arts and shopping. Enjoy one or multiple nights!
